COD manual?

Hi,

Is there any information about a manual? Will it be a pdf document or something like that? And what information will be in it?
I am asking, because I saw the flight training screen and apperently it's only about basic take off and landing stuff.
This is something that will be very important with the new level of complexity. Especially the advanced engine management will be hard to manage at the beginning. I would also like to see some information about different types of bullets etc., since we can choose now what ammo we want to use.

So, is there an advanced training mode in the game, or will we get some sort of manual in the game or in pdf?
And would it be possible to release such a manual before the game? It has been done for other simulations like dcs I believe.

Does anyone know if there is some info about this? I might have simply missed it.
