G940 Setup printout template (with quick bombing angles)

Hi! I recently did a "reminder card" for my IL2 settings on my G940 setup, as the combinations are hard to remember and the Logitech template does not suit me (link to the simple word template at the bottom of this post)... Do you have anything better? Please share it!
