Banned under mysterious circumstances

POSTER'S NOTE: I'm not sure whether this should be in technical issues or the general forum, so mods, please move it to where it should be placed.

My last login to my account was around the weekend in November a few weeks back, somewhere on the weekend because I can only play on the weekends due to my schedule. Upon entering the internet room, I was suddenly banned from the 'chat room lobby' as it told me, without giving me any reason at all.

Where do I submit my complaint to, or if there are people who can settle this who are on the forum, please PM me when convenient, thank you.
