Can I find all items?

I have finish the game and search everywhere but only find 3 items to my petdragon...no more =(

sometimes I see I can buy same items on another island...are that ok?
I dont mean mana drinks.

I read in manual.
component artifacts of immense power, plus the mystical transformer.
I have only find where I can buy 2 artefacts and not part 3 so I can use the artefacts to 100%
