Friendly Poker Night on PS3

Hey guys, who would be interested in a games night at my PS3 Home Apartment? I have:

6 Open seats for Poker
2 Open seats for Pool (English / American)
and
19 other available seats for people to chat while waiting for games. (2 seats (1 sofa) secluded behind objects for private conversations where your text cannot be read by others.)
(Darts can be arranged by request)

I don't know what the limit of people is per personal space, but I'm guessing I can accommodate capacity. 27 Seated with 3 standing would make 30 and I'd be very much surprised if it could take that many people in one place.

I am also on the look-out for competent Chess Players.
