i posted a couple times on yu-play about the absense of a forum and am pretty much drawing the same conclusion about it being a niche game. not to throw even a few $$ into ads?? i expected more from activision. oh well, i will still have some fun with it if....hopefully.

I just can't understand it, I mean are Activision that dumb?
IL-2 BoP is in a niche subject, WW2 fighters are for the majority of gamers (young Americans) uninteresting. Apache helicopters on the other hand isn't a niche subject, gamers interest in military helicopters is probably at an all time high thanks to other recent games. Activison could so easily tap into this interest and get waaaay more sales than BoP managed but apparently they are blind to this and see it as a budget knock off game.
