Stuck at a mission :(

Yeah. I finished my first go in a few days too. But don't worry, each path's storyline is quite different, it's actually worth playing them to see what each faction sees happening.

Protip: when the game asks "You are about to embark on a long range journey, do you want to skip directly to the destination?", choose 'No'. This way you need to manually fly through all the systems to the destination system, BUT this is also the "free roaming" period where you can take your time to shoot up pirates, chase after rumours, build your team pilots' exp and gain loot.
