Mission to destroy Astrolab base in Vulcan

I have a problem with this mission.

I must destroy the above base where it contains the SAM servers.
While i destroy the base and a second wave of berserks attacking (with 2 chimeras) i still have not completed the mission. When i try to jump to Hephaestus it destroys my motherrhip and says that i fled...

Is this a bug? Did i miss sometihng?
