Hearing your voice while giving orders is a start.

One thing I miss is to answer the calls. An option to say "Roger", "Negative" and so on would be nice.

Got the idea from MBot's post. It would be neat to have the AI to ask you for permission to beat up the field or something, and say Yes or No to him
