That system is Pegasus flashy. The cache was a bit further than where it is marked for the mission but that sort of area. I tried a previous save to try and pinpoint it for you guys but I cannot find the darn thing again
 100% sure it is there though. One thing I've noticed is that cache asteroids all have the red blinking light on them if that is any help.
