Any doctor attending the forum ?

Playing to much BoP has made my thumbs hurt.
They are stiff, has lack of rotation and hurts constantly.
I guess its what one may call "PS3-PAD-Disease" or PPD.

So doctor, what do I do, and please do not tell me to lay of BoP.........
