Deploy spy satellite?

I got a mission in X-54 where im supposed to deploy spy satellites on certain locations, but im having a slight problem! How do i deploy them? I can't install the as a system and i can't click on them so that they deploy!

The mission log does not explain how to deploy them either...

Sorry for creating a new thread about such a minor thing but i really have no idea how this mission is supposed to be completed.

Edit: Solved, just had to get close enough. Before i just clicked on the location in the map, but that makes the mothership stop to far away.
