Key invalid after reinstalling

I've been using the same account/key for months and it's worked fine. After reinstalling and using the same username it prompts me for a key and when I enter my key it says the profile is already bound to another key. I purchased MOW from Direct2Drive so I get the key right off their site so I don't know what could be wrong.
