Pain Skull - Enough fight left in the game?

This only drops by 1-3% per battle right? (Trying to unlock it for the next level.) Well I only have the Nameless Isle and Reha left to do. Are there even enough fights left in the game to lower it all the way down so I can unlock its next level?
