Multiplay/single play with the MC. 202

I just unlocked the MC 202 and have a few questions that I hope someone can answer.

1) Why was there so much work in the Italian campain and single missions and only one Italian plane was unlocked? All the other campains and many different types of plane unlocked...not fair? How about the MC 205 for example?

2) Cockpit...there is none! Will it be added soon?

3) Just what type of plane is the MC. 202? Is it a zoom/boom or turn and burn? How should it it used in multiplay? I will never play it in arcade or realistic...all the other planes are faster, better armed and turn as good if not better. And with the red icon over the plane the MC. 202 has little chance of remaining in the air very long.
