Anybody Pre-Order BOP from Amazon?

Amazon showed at one point a bonus download of the P47 for all pre-orders. As soon as BOP released, that went away. Now, I can not find any reference to that offer. I pre-ordered mine back in May, but when I got the game when it released, I did not see any codes, or mention of the offer for the free P47 download. Did anyone else pre order from Amazon, and did they get their P47 download code? How do I get it? Amazon is impossible to contact about it.

Also, how can you PURCHASE additional planes? All I see on the downloads on XBox live are picture packs. I see a B-17 flying around on live every so often, so how did he/she get that plane? Where do you go to buy additional planes/paint themes?
