I have to agree with Ace: Be aware that the G940 is bugged with the "Reversal Bug" and prone to broken wires in the throttle levers.
Before you invest, do make a forum search for G940 AND "Reversal Bug" and G940 AND Spikes, or at least read the thread Logitech G940...is this a good investment? and the op in the thread G940 MODDING (Warning large pictures) I bought one, swore a lot and waited (for Logitech) in vain, finally modded it (like MasterTec did) and now I do really like it.
