Back @stuttering again. My last post was reporting, that the stuttering problem was resolved by setting the 3D mode of my Amd Radeon to performance in CCC.
Yesterday i flew online again. Settings in CCC were @performance, but this did not stop the stuttering problem I became in the sim. The strange thing about that is, that it stutters for approximatly 1 Minute, then it got fluid again... Stuttering was really heavy with about 2FPS  So it lasts unresolved for me ...
