Well, first thing you would notice in a cockpit is that it's much harder to aim when you and your opponent are both locked in a high G maneuver. You often have to take a blind shot because the amount of lead you need to have any hope of hitting the target will take the target out of your sight and under your nose. Quite often I realize the opponent has maneuvered away while invisible. The real aces knew this and often waited for this moment to dodge our from a pursuer. Unfortunately in this game the pursuers planes are not accurately shown. They can shoot you when you look back and have a slight view on top of them (in a tight turn), while what you would need to see is a bit of their belly. Anyone else noticed that?
