Default Should I Wait?

...for the latest xBox 360 Elite with 250gb of memory?

Or, should I buy the Elite 360 (in the US) for $299.00, with 120gb.

Does it make any difference? As far as BOP is concerned?

What's this Halo 3 ODST Pack I keep hearing about? Does it affect gameplay with BOP? It's not available at stores in the US.

I'm so new I squeak at all this.

Thanks In Advance;

LJB

i only have a 60Gb HD and ive never come close to filling it.

it depends, do you plan to download ALOT of DLC (downloadable Content) and i do mean a TRUCK LOAD.

i dont but i DO install certain games to the HD, like BoP, Oblivion, and Op Flashpoint when i get it.

all in all, do you have the cash to spare, if so, treat yourself to the newer system, might have less overheat problems. but if ure on a budget that extra memory wont impact your life unless you're a massive DLC consumer whore hehe

60 GB is all you need unless you are rich off your ass, do nothing but sit home and buy every new game that comes out and put it on your HD. I've got the 12 gb (I believe it is) and I have no problem with anything. I just can't keep 12 demos on there at once which would be pointless to begin with.

I had the 20g, which works out to about 13g. I found it not to be enough. I didn't really download things, and it would fit about 2 games on it installed. So I upgraded to a used 60 and am completely happy. I own only around 2 or 3 games at a time, they're installed, and I can download some free stuff without ever worrying. 60g ftw.

The 250g is just a rumor right now. The only one is the 120g. That is more than enough space for xbox, unless you plan on installing every game you own. Or get a ps3. I'm going to buy a 320g hdd for my ps3 soon.

Yeah. My Bad. Like I said, I'm a Newbie. I realize that, now. I thought it was an operating system, or something like that.

Tomorrow I'm buying an Elite 360 with an extended warranty. Judging by what people have said here, 120 gb is plenty, and the Elite's all seem to have Jasper (I'll check, anyways) so, I'm all set to buy.

I've already bought the BOP and a Saitek AV8R-02.

Thanks, Boys;
