Default Good/Bad experience ordering BOP online? Feedback please..

Seeing as its been (and still is for some of us) a pain in the batty as far as getting BOP is concerned I was wondering if people would like to share good and negative feedback on the suppliers of your copy, especially online orders.
Please state where you are and any other comments, just to help some of us make more informed decisions in future. I'll try and condense recommendations in this opening slot.
I'd say if you are in the southern hemisphere then order from the north....
BTW Saitek after sales service was impeccable...Nice One Saitek!

so far...
Good
Amazon uk(always good to me in uk) and simply games.com (sp?) have come up trumps for the EU.

Pants
Zavvi have sucked bigtime - RoyalSnailMail strikie excuses aside.

I ordered mine from Zavvi.co.uk.

Good points:
-They were only charging £27.95 for it (Or thereabouts)

Bad points:
-The order was not dispatched till the day after release, despite them giving the impression on their site that it would be delivered on the day of release.
-They did not let me cancel my order, even though the order had not even been packed yet
-Their customer service did not reply to my email for 2 days, and even then they did not actually answer my question.
-The game still hasn't arrived, as they seem to use 2nd class post when sending orders (And there is no option to ask for 1st class or special delivery)
-No pre-order bonuses
-They have a stupid company name.

Ordered on the 1st September Il2 Birds of Pray and Saitek Aviator from amazon.co.uk to be delivered in Portugal (7 - 10 days normal airmail).

Deliver estimate was for the 9th Sep but it got here on the 8th.

I pre-ordered mine through simply games.com for £27.79 with free delivery and it arrived on day of release as for drawbacks I can't think of any, perfect!

A first-time Zavvi customer for this game as there was a weekend 10% deal that reduced it to £25.15, then a bit more off with quidco. I was expecting to receive it on/before release date (last friday) as a mate had got Batman a day early from them a week previous.

The delays may well be down to local strikes in the Uk between me and the zavvi warehouse (my local area had no strikes as yet though), but I am more dissapointed that they waited until release day to ship it when most other sites usually ship at least a day before, some even offer money back if it doesnt reach you by release day.

I think I'll be sending them a polite email once it does finally arrive to let them know what I think, although I don't expect them to take much notice of it.
