How do you unlock simulator and realistic?

I beat that campaign on arcade, but i dont have the option to change the difficulty.

Do the tutorial all the way through. you'll unlock Realistic and Simulator that way.

gawd, you finish the game in arcade and it still dosnt open the difficulty?
no wonder i cant find a MP realistic game...probably none them read the manual
