Default Customise controls?

Now that it has been released, can anyone confirm whether you can/can't map your own controls?

I use 'Aviator Wireless' purely because of the POV controls. I'm getting really p**sed off about not having a rudder though... well and analogue rudder. It's so hard to dogfight lacking 1 axis of control. If I touch the rudder BAM I'm yawing violently and god help me if I've got it banked over. It's a slippery drop out of the sky.

This isn't a rant, I can survive with the controls as they are. I just want to know whether I will be flying with a rudder in the full game?

I'm using the Av8r on the PS3 retail version and the rudder is not analog (just like in the demo, on or off), and NOT customizable, it is so bad I actually went back and using the controller for now. With the controller the looking around is really bad, 80% time I engage rudder or throttle instead looking around. Pushing down R3 to look around was a bad idea, it would be way better to press one of the shoulder buttons and them use the right stick to look around. Not a happy camper.
