Default Music/Bands you will listen to while playing?

Basically like the title implies, what bands and style of music will you be listening to while playing BoP? I've already silenced the background music in the game, for something more exciting like Wagners "Flight of the Valkyrie", Beethoven's "5th Symphony & 9th Symphony". And then when I'm staying up "past" my bed time () Probably start popping in some Dead Kennedys "Holiday in Cambodia", "Police Truck", "Pull My Strings" and even some other Heavy Metal, Punk, and Rock&Roll bands that I've listened to since I was like six years old But during the morning, and such, I'll be listening to some calming Symphony music

(And yes, I have a variety of music genre's I like. Not like some of the kids nowadays that I see, where they only choose one genre... idiots.)

"Aces High" by Iron Maiden

For classical music, I have "Requiem for a Dream" by Clint Mansell.

"Theme from Armaggedon"(Trevor Robin) which is the music in that IL2BoP compilation from YouTube.

Ha THANK YOU! I always get confused looks because I listen to things like acoustic rock, but also have quite a collection of heavier stuff. I don't even mind some reggae in there!

Why must we choose one genera and viciously defend it against all others? Why can't people who like country also like Rock etc.?

Achem... Rant over. Anyway I shall probably be going classical when it comes to IL-2, I feel like it sets the mood best.

a great piece to listen to (works well on red cliffs of dover, due to battle of britain) is -

battle in the air (sir william walton), its the music from the 1969 film "battle of britain" where the climatic dogfight is happening overhead. A chilling piece of music and really sets the mood. It lasts for roughly 5 minutes so is quite long. I will post a clip of it if poss.

Or you can play "Cliffs of Dover"(entirely instrumental) in the Cliffs of Dover mission.

Good man

Also, it's a sailing song, but I always think that Crosby, Stills & Nash "Southern Cross" works. Maybe it's just me? I can't remember the hundreds of times my father used to play that song over and over again. It's been burned into my skull LOL
