Unhandeld exception error

hi i have the steam version of men of war and whenever i play MP my game crashes with some weird unhandled exception error... i can usually play any where from 20 min to an hour and this will happen. how can i fix it?

Have you got service pack 3 for XP.

yes. I get another error too its access exception violation error or something like that... i only get these errors when playing online =((((( i have the steam version i could really use some advice cuz i love this game
