I was think more towing bombers onto the airstrip. Driving crew to planes. Driving bombload out to planes and then loading the planes. refueling etc...
Possibility is endless.
Obviously it reopens the whole would it be possible to restructure ww2online to fit into the storm of war model. My guess is yes or at least maybe.
All Oleg has to say now is that the sea - water has a depth model and we are away.
Imagine a full scale air battle with a fully fledged land and sea battle add-on
The perfect dream

i read the simhq interview as giving a likely late 2009 release date, 90% of the game is done and they are now working on the dynamic campaign and other issues

you might want to do a cooking class in the next few months, we'll be expecting you to use a webcam during your meal

How the hell do you get a late 2009 release date from that interview, I admire your contorted optimism but even Oleg indicates in the interview that it will be released in late 2010 and his indications are flaky at best!!

You should really learn to read the things you quote, Tree.

He wrote:
Quote:
Oleg: Yes, it is our general plan. Maybe it will arrive earlier. I can't say right now the exact date. But by October 2010 (if not before) Storm of War: Battle of Britain should have many thousands of users.
That does not mean it will be released in October2010, but that the aim is to have sold many thousand copies until then or even earlier.

Now, if SoW will make it for a 2009-release, that is a totally different question!

Add to that his claim that 80% is done - means the engine is 10% from complete
Yes, the same way as a flyable 109 and a 190 make up for 299 flyables.

Well the last time Oleg indicated to us a release date he said September 2009, This time he said its by October 2010 and Maybe before, i repeat how any one can get a 2009 release date from that is insane. It must be a language thing but for me October is late 2010. No need to re-read what i quoted.

How long ago was that 60% complete remark? If it's 80% complete now, that means it might be approximately the same time from now to completion as it has been from 60% to now.
