Krans in Hades

Where do I find Krans in Hades. For the Dragons Tear.
Also, Are equippable hero items randomly sold/dug up/found in chests? or are certain items always found in the same place?
I would really like the full demon set. but only have the whip and banner. no bracelet or belt.

You can find items randomly but usually lower-level items and rarely, if ever, set items.

Items sold in the stores are randomly generated at the start of the game aswell.
It's quite possible you won't be able to complete the set, but keep looking.

Anyone know where i can find Kran. I need the 4 peace treaty signatures to get the dragon tear from the demon queen. I killed the one guy, the one guy signed, the other guy said "go tell her i love her" but when i went back there was no option to tell her that. And I cant find Kran at all. Its really holding up my game. Nothing left to do but finish the dragon tear...

Did you visit the floating islands by stepping on those floating rock platform things?

Yes I used 3 different floating things. I helped that fire elemental out by killing a guy.
