I would chose a 2560 x 1440 resolution monitor. But the cheapest cost at least 600 euros

I have a Dell u2711 2560x1440 resolution monitor.

CLOD gets very bad frame rates in such high res and i have a high end pc.

And to play in 1920x1024 on a 2560x1440 screen looks very strange.

I would go for a 1920x1024 screen for this game, maybe a 27" asus they get good reviews.

My specs:

Intel Core i7 Quad Processor i7-2600K 3,4ghz
Corsair SSD
16gig DDR3 Ram
Asus gtx 580

I have another post about 2560x1440 resolution and i would love to play this game on my dell monitor, its so nice picture on it, I can run Rise of Flight with no problems. So i was thinking about getting the gtx680 4gig but i dont know..

But i guess this game is more optimized for 1920x1024 and even that resoultion have fps drops in my pc, when flying in clouds close to ground etc,

I'm running Clod on a Dell 30" at 2560x1600 resolution.

System specs are similar to foxl:

Intel Quad core i7 2600 @ 3.4ghz
8gb Ram
Nvidia GTX580 w/ 1.5gb ram

I usually get 30fps when in game. On occasion when near clouds fps drops to the low 20s.

The real problem I have is spotting targets and anything over 1/4 mile.

The favorite at the moment is the Samsung 27" 120 Hz 3D 1,920 x 1,080 2ms monitor. I want good fps and no stutter. Next week maybe.

I thought the problem "not seeing anything over 1/4 mile" was solved with this screen resolution (2560 x 1440) because i though the image should be more precise
