Hakon's axe (axe of grandfather)

On the island Fastland there is a quest called Axe of the grandfather... You meet a boy named Hakon and you should deliver his axe. But i traveled all over the island and couldn't find the axe. Does anyone know where it is?

It's on the ground in one of the villages guarded by the undead heroes that drop mask fragments.

hey guys i see the axe on the ground (its shimmering in magic light) in one of the undead villages but i cant seem to click on it. Is the quest bugged for some or do you have to do something other than click (or dig) on it?

I had to hover my mouse exactly over the right angle to pick it up. Walk around it a bit and keep trying, you CAN pick it up.
