As I recall, B6's original brief was only to act as liaison to the Russian community via Sukhoi. He began assisting us here entirely on his own initiative and continues to do so in his own free time. No matter how pissed one can get with the game and it's management, you've got to hand it to him for trying.

I feel sorry for the bloke too, however those are the joys of a customer service representative dealing with the general public.
No one should ever have to put up with abuse -be it the representative themselves, the entity they represent or other customers- but that doesn't mean it won't happen.
It's all in how you deal with those challenges presented to you as a representative of that entity.
