I run CoD on full with the 680 and a slower CPU than yours.

I just picked one of those up today and a new power supply and I have to say, I have never been more pleased with a purchase. I had a gtx460 and was averaging 30 fps on medium settings and now I get 50-70 fps everything maxed out. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Nvidia

Glad the 670 is working well for you guys. It's cheaper than my 680 and pretty much right there in performance, making the 670 an excellent value IMHO.

I think in buy one GTX 670, but in this "corner of the world" those things are expensive, equivalent to ~700U$.

My doubt is: which is the "smaller" processor I can use with it that does not become the bottleneck. Ie. i3 2120 - 3.3 GHZ - 2 core (~175U$ here) is enough?

I dont consider overclock processor's (K) due to the cost involved, greater than the gains.

S!

I do not think that the CPU would hold back that card. There has been lot of discussion about it. A CPU over 3GHz and a good motherboard should do just fine with that 670GTX in my opinion, Sokol.

I can tell you that the GTX 670 performance WILL be affected by an E6750 @3.0Ghz.

I got only 2FPS more than my GTX560 on same platform. As a matter of fact it may be that even the GTX560 is affected by the CPU. This was at 1920x1200.

I have now just purchased a new Mobo and CPU so it should resolve my issue. I went for an i5 3570k.
