Default Music and sounds for mission briefings?

Hi Folks

Has anyone had any luck finding out how to get music or sounds played in campaign mission briefings - I can make this work for single mission briefings no problem ( as single missions use the C:\Users\...\Documents\1C SoftClub folder )

....but for campaigns COD uses the C:\Steam\steamapps\common\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover folder and no matter what folder I put the sound files in or where I tell the game to look for sound file, the mission never plays the sound?

Any ideas?

I've got some good war theme music and lots of newsreel sound clips and Churchill speaches... would be great to have these play as each mission comes up in a campaign..

.

Do you have steam running in off line mode when you attempt this?...just wondering if steam is correcting your change.

I've assumed that the mission music/sound is bugged because it's never worked for me either.
