Default Life in the dark

So it looks like Spore is going to beat SOW-BOB to the market, I never thought that would happen !
Is this game ever going to be released? I know this is a complete waste of my time but what can I do?
We are kept compleatly in the dark. How can that be a good biz strategy? The "updates" we get are a joke a few odd dev screenies that are a few years old.

What do I want?

1. A web site with a forum.
2. An in game vid or screenshot set once a month to peak intrest.
3. A statement from Oleg saying " we will release it when it is to our standards and that will be sometime in 2009."

Can I get a hug?

The difference between SPORE and BOB is that BOB will be fun. I saw an online demonstration of SPORE with Robin Williams, and even he couldn't make it look fun.

Isn't SPORE like a mushroom? You put it in manure and try to make something grow.

yeah I'm actually not to sure about Spore. It may be for my kids but the "wow that's neat" factor has worn off as the years passed by. I'll wait for the reviews.

Nobody does. I imagine Oleg himself has no idea either. Whats the rush? You want it to be done dont you? You want it to be right dont you? Sims take a long time to complete, let alone one that has a brand new engine. Enjoy IL-2!

S!

yes.... I will wait I have no other choice. I just kind of got ready when they gave the November 2006 release date on the DVD for 46. I just never imagined it would be most likely 3+ years later that I get the game in hands. I would like a few vids and screenies WHILE I wait !
