Default Leaving crewmembers out

I read somewhere that the BF110's coming over from Norway to escort heinkels on an ill fated mission left their rear gunners and guns at home.. for a lighter aircraft, would it be possible to select this in mission startup?

This would be a good feature, especially for the Blenheim for example since you can take the gun out but not the gunner so he just sits there like an eejit with nothing to do. Bit of a waste of potential weight!

You can leave all guns at home if you want, and it does save weight in the sim.

Not the crewmember though I think.

Would be good to leave them out, I'm sure they would want to avoid being killed if they could..

Well we can already loose the tailgunner by ordering him to bail out, why not beforehand?

Would be good to know if bailing him out actually affects weight as well though. Not that it's a huge issue, but it'd be interesting all the same.
