i know i know...a steam engine.

Its working in single players perfectly with average more than 50fps so hardware is match.

And I found similar solution with turning off the game.
When I don't start game it is not crashing at all and that is the only case when its not pissing me off.

Is that only solution given to us?

Problem: When I try to join a server with more than 10 players in, I've got the launcher.exe failure just after the loading of the map. On lighter servers, it depends. Sometimes I can play half an hour, maximum. Sometimes it freeze when there is action around me (planes dogfighting and shooting). Sometimes, just with one plane around, on a little map, it's falling under 1fps, and a minut later... You know.

System: AMD 4 x 3.1Ghz
Geforce GTX 460 1Mo
4 Go RAM

I really hope it'll be fixed by next patch, because this issue waste almost all the pleasure :/ It's very frustrating.

Hi Faucon

Exactly the same here, except before the last update I could at least get onto "Historical" servers. Send all your screen dumps to the Dev's, I now make that my daily contribution to get L-e sorted out. You might like to try Game Booster 3, it's a "freeby". What this program does is to shut down non essential programs whilst in games. I have noted 10-15 fps improvements. If it does nothing, it helps you to get golng again after a L-e failure. For your first try of GB3, don't forget to set a restore point. I and my squad members have not had problems, but you never know!!

Thx, but it's still crashing all the time. For the moment I (try to) play COD and BF3. I've never EVER left a game because I had enough of it. Games are crashing, all the time, again and over again, every 10-15min approximatly, sometimes less. I know it's not the point here, but I'm so frustrated and annoyed by this...

I've tried playing COD in 1024x768 (window mode). Still crashing, all the time.... Something is seriously wrong with my PC probably, but I really dont know where.
But it seems, for both games, that I'm not the only one.

It's all a case of balance. Before I crash out with L-e, the sim is bloody good. It usually crashes when I'm in a kill situation. I agree L-e is not so prevalent when few people are on the server. I usually fly in Island of Doom servers that have AI aircraft and fly on my own with little problem. Another thing you can do is, fly single missions on site seeing flights, at least you keep your hand in at flying in Cod. Let's hope the Dev's have suckers like us in mind when the next patch comes out!!
