Chat ?

New to multiplayer: went to type in a message, however every letter that is assigned to the aircraft was still working stuff; like I typed an M and the map pops up, a "G" and the gear came down, thats not supposed to happen is it ?

I have to click the box then type as my type key doesnt always catch for some reason...

guess I'm gonna have to be flying with someone so they can tell me when my flaps and gear come down

would sure hate to be at the rear of a flight: type a message and hit "spacebar"

Sorry knucklebutt, but would you mind showing a larger photo of your avatar. It happens to have two of my favorite thing in it and being a bit of a perv I'd appreciate a closer look.

Farber, make sure in the "send message" in the chat controls is set up (From wat ur saying you have done this). For some reason ive found the chat key only works when your cursor can be seen. If youve hit f10 to use your mouse to look around, it wont work, so hit f10 again so you can see the cursor, and your chat button will work.
