Default Take off

Hi guys I'm trying to take off with rich mixture but the engine is not developing enough power. It seems I have to use lean mixture but it's strange to me. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks
Ciao

Haha...

Mate being a winner in this instance is being bored as hell in front of my computer with nothing else to do (no money) right now..

Actually wait..... I had money but it decides to throw itself at my Bike!

Pitch is fine and engine warmed up completely. You really keep the mixture reach (lever full back) and take off?
I don't even reach the 2.100 rpm
Leaning the mixture rpm goes immediately up and take off...

I have been testing the Hurri myself and notice it seems to take a long run to get off the ground.

Usually I revup the eng at fine pitch to 3000pm then during the roll when the speed as increased to 40/50mph I coarse it a little down to 2800/2850 for max torque. This shorten my take-off roll.

But don't forget to move the throttle forward
