because the Americans did not restore the wreck?

in europe is rare find a ww2 wreck in america have this opportunity and the peoples not save history.STRANGE VERY STRANGE.

not is the b17 but is the B26 marauder in first photo i not read the code of airplane but i see the strange jellow insigna. for study the story of this airplane.
