Has the USA release updated and improved the game?

I just wish they would release the SDK . I can see this game being dumped and focus being shifted to future titles.

There have been no updates/news from Luthier since we saw those wonderful photo's taken in his office, i still look at them now. So, the version of the game will be the same, which means despite Luthier heartfelt apologies for selling a broken game to Europe and Russia, he's now gone and done it all again.
