@ all

I have a sh**load of aviation e-books at my disposal here, including lots on WW2 Spitfires of all marques.

What exact information do we need for the Mk.I Spitfire that I might be able to glean from these books? Is it performance data, flight envelopes, etc? If someone could be more specific as to what is needed, maybe they could list it in here, to give me some guide as to what to look for before I go trawling through loads of disks to try to find it.

I'm just thinking that maybe we could cobble some useful information together that helps us all and bridges some of the gap, until a decent copy of the AP 1565A Mk.I Pilot's Notes and Manual surfaces.

The Triumph Spitfire Workshop Manual is more use than the CE Manual, apparently.....
