Default questions complex mission editor

Hi there,

I have tried to find something on the forum concerning the mission editor in IL2-CoD but I havent found what I was looking for, anyway, maybe one of you can answer my question.

I have tried to create a little training mission in the complex mission editor but I could not position objects on the map. I have tried to do it like it was in the old IL2 but it does not work that way. The manual is also no big help with this issue. The old command (ctrl-left mouseklick) seems not to work here? Does anyone of you know how to create missions with this editor or at least how to position objects on the map?

CTRL+LMB still positions objects. Perhaps open the object browser first, choose type and click away.

That`s also written in the manual and I did it this way. Object window was open, (I did:CTRL - LMB) but on my map the object was not positioned. Maybe its a bug? Thanks anyway for your answer.

Ctrl+ lmb defiitely should work. (Make sure to hold down Ctrl first.)

Have you tried something like insert+lmb? I think that may work too.
