Chat connection failed needs a solution

Hi I just recently bought Men of War and I realize there are other threads about this same problem but there is no solution. I REALLYYY want to play this online. Can someone help

ps: I've uninstalled both my antivirus program and turned off my firewall and still I get the "chat connection failed" message every time. This is so frustrating. This game is worthless to me without multiplayer

PLEASE WRITE BACK ASAP!! Thank you

EDIT: I've contacted each of the companies involved in the production of Men of War and NONE of them have written me back. This is ridiculous.

ha. I found the easy temporary solution for this bug. no one bothered to respond. I guess no one needs it.

please if you even have a temporary sollution tell me id like to play atleast a little bit of the game i bought.
