Hey Guys, is anyone still playing this? and have the glaring problems been fixed?

Thats cool, thanks guys, to be honest the wheel break problem wasnt the biggest problem in the world, just would be nice to have it ironed out for capture the airfield But to be honest I think I'll stick to joypad for a while and save up for a decent joystick, as the AV8R wasn't brilliant on Xbox. Dunno if PS3 users had a different experience.

If you mean the PS3 Dualshock controller by joypad, then I'd strongly recommend you try to do a custom layout with it. It's just much more responsive that way, a lot of people are very happy with it. You can find info on how to on the P-51 thread.

And also if you use a custom layout you can not assign a button to zoom. The zoom will not work.

Yes, although the patch improved and fixed a few things it also brought in plenty of new bugs which is why i'm now quite happy the xbox never got the patch.

Apache Air Assualt is the sequel to BoP. Daijin might want to make another WWII game but I wouldn't expect it for at least a year after A.A.A. comes out.

cheers guys ill see how default goes, cus if default is like xbox, xbox controlls were ok tbh. but if not i will go to P-51 thread and try custom.

i just like the feel of a stick but i have tried macs custom layout for the pad and it is 100% better

yeah I'd much prefer a nice high quality joystick and rudder pedals setup. But bit strapped for cash at the mo so will try Macs setup.
