Soon, but sooner You can put Youre hands on the exclusive testing or You can win testing possibility on steam or just wayt for the open beta. As mmutch I can tell You that wichever option You choose, it is worthy.

As far as I know, it will be released this year and the announcement for the upcoming open beta is here and here.
