Zakkandrachoff, the Ju88 airframes that have been used for the Mistel were generally so old and worn that they couldn't be used for normal duties anymore.

About the Do17: Amazing find! Can't wait to see that one being recovered!

By the way, does someone know what is the inscription stenciled on Do 17 Z access hatch "Zurück um den..."?
Info needed for some (next?) future SoW skins

I'd imagine there are plenty more wrecks like this, coming to light, as sonar improves, and more people are using it.
