They are already set to 0.
After further testing i found that the problem exists with some aircraft only. Some have flashing canopies, some others flashing/disappearing prop disks. No problem when you set AA to "application controlled".

Have you checked if Catalyst AI makes any difference? Test using it on Standard and Advanced with AA on and off. Blue hue should be gone with VertexArrays if you set dynamical lighting to 0.

Attention: New Catalyst Driver are out (Catalyst 10.6) but some people are reporting that the Problems who were resolved in the 10.5 for some ATI graphic cards owner did bring the Problem in 10.6 back and is getting worse…
I did not test it yet
