Default Belly landing??!

Ok, so somehow this guy manages to Belly land. Every time any part of my plane except the Wings and Landing gear touch the ground, it bursts up into flames.

So I'm wondering, has anyone else managed to do this?

I always like to see how ThatYoungGamerGuy's vids end up being quoted on this forum .
And yes, I've done it, but it's very tricky. Normally you can pull off a landing by just diving and then pulling the plane straight, no matter how steep the approach was. Kind of different with a belly landing.

Ah I see you've found one of my videos! Well as Ancient Seraph said, it is very hard, and when making the video it took me at least 10 attempts. However tips would be:
- Make sure your small wheel at the back, touches the ground first.
- Always lower your speed to below 100mph
- Find a long field to practice in.

Otherwise known as, not a practical way to escape death, at least in BoP.

Don't forget that you have to pause and change the view back to 'cockpit' - otherwise you're still in the third-person crash-cam, even if the aircraft doesn't explode Hollywood-style - nicely edited in the vid but it's still not a belly-landing like you can do in 1946.

I never Have any problems with Belly Landings? Its easy to do for me?

I aproach the landing area were i want to land or if im shot to pieces, then any goes! LOL, I lower the plane, then; either I let my Landing wheels brake off, wich reduces speed, and let the Tail hit the Ground First and then the mid section and quickly the Engine too! the Prop brakes, and if everything-goes-as-it-should -be you made the trip. If not? Well: You're screwed!
