Is there any military ranks on this game online? like sergeant, lieutenant etc..

If you check the leaderboards out there is a level column, how is this measured - does anyone know??

Dunno, but i'm level 19! Whatever that means.

And 46th on the CTA leaderboard!

It's not a level indication, it's a point indication. It's basically how many points you've acquired during your Ranked Matches. In Team Battle for example it'll be the same as the amount of kills.
