IL2 Coming to Hong Kong?

Hey there, was wondering if anyone knows if IL2 will be released in HK and if so when? Alternatively, is this one region locked so I could pick it up in Singapore, Aus or NZ.

If have a ps3 you can safely import it from anywhere, ps3 games are region free. If only microsoft could learn this lesson.
