Default Funny mishaps you guys will experience flying online.

Well, it's a daily occurrence for me on the PC version and soon it will be for you also on the 360. I'm talking about all the fun little stuff you will experience ingame that never ceases to bring a smile to your face.

Some of my favorites:

1. teammates colliding in midair
I always chuckle seeing 2 allied planes shearing there wings off in a midair collision. Usually this occurs during a heated session of shoulder shooting Sometimes you are lucky enough to see it when newbs are trying to fly in formation. Either way it never gets old~!

2. planes dropping bombs too low
Be it an idiot low level bombing in a B-17 or someone dive bombing a P-47 it's always a great joy to see the concussion blast from a 500lb bomb blowing the delivery boys plane to smithereens!

Any other PC vets feel free to add ?

Shooting a fuel dump as your team mate flies over it ranks pretty high on my list.

For some reason I'm always the flight lead now whenever we are doing anything involving shooting up bases.

I actually did this. Must have had a brain cramp or something, because I was attacking some bombers, and I could clearly see I was about to crash into one, but I didn't do anything and crashed. After I was asking why I didn't do anything? Weird....

Something like that, but that was the only time I can remember doing something like that. So now I usually steer clear of any bombers unless I'm coming up from below, and can get a quick blast from there?

I just had that happen to me earlier today on the zeke's vs wildcats server. Took off from the carrier and not 2 minutes into climbing I had another f3f bnz me from above. I was just like ....ok...... The guy promptly left when he realized what he had done.

Sometimes I just spectate on that server and watch all the poor souls trying to take off and land on the carriers ...good times!

Once that happened to me as I took off from my own airfield. I saw another 109 and the AA wasn't firing at him so I figured he had to be friendly, and since he looked like he wanted to form up on me I let him close right up as I was climbing to altitude, only for him to blow me apart at point bank range.

Apparently he thought he had been stalking me, had patiently held his fire until the last second and then let rip, at which point it was far too late for me to do anything about it. The lack of AA should have alerted him to the base he was coming up on being his own but apparently not. Maybe he came from flying another sim.
